Kang Wook Lee is an associate at the firm’s New York City office. He has represented both U.S. and Korean companies in a variety of legal disputes, including personal injury, property damage, and product liability lawsuits. He has also assisted a major automotive product manufacturer on issues such as product recalls and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining P&K, he worked as a summer associate in the Detroit office of a regional law firm in Michigan.
Kang Wook earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. As a law student, he worked as a student attorney for Michigan Law’s Community Enterprise Clinic (CEC), where he advised Detroit-based entrepreneurs and nonprofit clients about corporate entity structuring, trademark applications, and other transactional law-related matters. He also served as President of Older Wiser Law Students (OWLS) and played drums for TJ Hooper & The Learned Hands, Michigan Law’s official cover band.
Kang Wook earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at Harvard University. As an undergraduate, he was co-founder and event coordinator for the Harvard School of Rock, and served as Poetry & Prose Chair for the student literary publication Tuesday Magazine.
