Dominika Peko is an associate at the firm’s New York City office. She has represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation and dispute matters. Prior to joining P&K Park, Dominika gained extensive litigation and advocacy experience through both private practice and public service. She has represented individuals, municipalities, and corporate clients in complex legal matters, developing extensive experience in litigation strategy and advocacy in labor and employment law, insurance defense and related civil disputes. Dominika also brings significant prosecutorial and courtroom experience, having handled a variety of misdemeanor and grand jury matters that strengthened her advocacy skills and commitment to achieving meaningful results for clients.
Dominika earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. As a law student, she was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy, Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Advocacy Division, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. She was also recognized as a New York City Bar Association 1L Diversity Fellow.
Dominika earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Policy Studies from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
