Sei Joon (“Steve”) Park is a partner in the firm’s New York City office, where he specializes in representing Korean companies in a wide variety of complex disputes, including product liability, class action, inland marine transportation disputes, and commercial litigation. As a national counsel, he has tenaciously defended and represented Korean manufacturers of various products, such as tires, heavy equipment including excavators, forklifts and compaction rollers, butane canisters, portable stoves, helmets, lathes, lithium-ion battery cells, water filtration systems, bidets, microwave ovens, refrigerators, water heaters and chillers, in high exposure cases filed in both state and federal courts, including development of defense strategies and management of the discovery process. He has also assisted a major tire manufacturer on issues such as product recalls and regulatory compliance.
