The Tort Law Society of Rutgers Law School invited Daniel Kain to participate in a panel presentation on February 17, 2025. Panelists gave presentations on various specialties including employment law, toxic tort, and business litigation. Mr. Kain’s presentation centered on product liability litigation and trial advocacy. Mr. Kain discussed the differences in trying cases under various product liability methods of proof such as consumer expectations, risk-utility, and the Restatement (Second) of Torts. The event was hosted by Professor John Oberdiek and Gianna Terpolilli.
